Ricetta: Pasta Cacio E Pepe

  • 400 gr. Spaghetti (o qualunque altro tipo di pasta)
  • 1 tazza/100 gr. di Caciocavallo grattugiato
  • Pepe nero macinato

Procedimento:

Far cuocere gli spaghetti finché sono al dente, scolarli e tenere da partealcuni cucchiai dell’acqua di cottura. Mettere la pasta in un recipiente e cospargerla generosamente col formaggio e il pepe. Aggiungere l’acqua di cottura finché il formaggio non si scioglie diventa cremoso. Mescolare bene e servire caldo.

Recipe name: Pasta with Cheese and Pepper

  •  14 oz/400grams Spaghetti (or any other pasta)
  • 1 cup/100 grams Caciocavallo Cheese, Grated
  •  Freshly milled black Pepper

Boil the spaghetti until al dente, then drain, retaining a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid. Put the pasta in a bowl and sprinkle generously with the cheese and pepper. Add sufficient hot pasta-cooking water to make the cheese melt and become slightly creamy. Mix thoroughly and serve hot.
